Ingen mening tjata. Jag talar inför döva öron. Ska du ha en vettig Madeira får du ta hjälp av alla handlare på nätet runtom i Europa. Här finns en uppsjö välja bland och alla klassiska hus är representerade; även de som numer lagts i malpåse. I Sverige får vi nöja oss [...]
Jag tror jag skämt bort mig själv på sistone. Genomsnittsåldern på vinerna som skänkts har nuddat vid sekelskiftesålder och det är dags att åter landa i vardagen! Vad är då bättre än ett glas av Cossart Gordon’s femåriga Sercial?
Glaset fullkomligen osar av elegans och komplexitet! Malda mandlar, skal från citrusfrukter, jod och perfekt integrerad ek med drag av fudge, vanilj och kaffe. En svag havsbris lurar i bakgrunden bara för att på något sätt understryka lagringssättet.
Vad det var i glaset? Cossart Gordon’s Sercial Colheita 1988.
